We were contacted in the summer of 2023 by our client who wanted to have their kitchen repaired and re-painted. There were stains on the ceiling from a previously leak, settlement cracks, nail pops, heavy brush marks on the walls and the architrave and skirting had not been prepared prior to painting.
We repaired all imperfections throughout and sanded all surfaces smooth using our Mirka dustless sanding system and stain blocked the stains accordingly. The ceilings were finished in tikkurilla anti reflex 2 Matt white, the walls were finished in tikkurilla Optiva 3 durable matt colour matched to zoffany paints raspberry sorbet.
Our client wanted their hall stairs and landing re-done due to wanting a more modern trendy colour scheme. The plaster work was poor and needed sanding, the woodwork was not prepped prior to painting, there were countless pin holes and many gaps that needed caulk but were left…
We filled, caulked and sanded throughout to rectify all imperfections and poor workmanship to ensure a quality finish. The ceilings were finished in tikkurilla anti reflex 2, the walls were finished in tikkurilla optiva 3 durable matt matched to little green rolling fog 247, dado rail and panelling were finished in tikkurilla helmi 10 matched to little green rolling fog 248 and the architrave, doors and skirting were finished in helmi 30 brilliant white.
We think these colours go really well, what do you think ?
Our client was not impressed on how her cabinets were finished by a previous spraying company. No gaps caulked, no pin holes were filled and all the MDF edges were left rough.
We rectified all of these problems and left a superior finish. The cabinets and shelves were finished in caparol pu satin white. Stain resistant, shock proof and super durable, perfect for the job !
We saved our client £1000s from Spraying Instead of replacing. Finished in matt white (5%) Sheen. The paint we use from sayerlack is water based, extremely low VOCs, eco friendly, chemical resistant and durable.
You can choose any finish and colour. We can also colour match to popular brands like farrow and ball. The handles were also replaced on this job.
We remove the cabinets and finish them offsite in our workshop at your convenience. The average kitchen usually takes up to 6 working days to complete and is completed with minimal disruption.
